How It Works

We will arrange with the main school point of contact to discuss the programme and how it can be implemented. The sessions are offered either before of after school.

Our aim is to make this an accessible tool for all schools. The Ten Minutes Peace programme is designed to enable children and teachers to embed this wholesome practice in their school life, and beyond. It is time and cost effective; and offers a chance to pause and re-group at any point in the day with a few simple techniques.

What teachers say:

“This program is really well designed for teachers to access and use at any time of the school day that they would find useful. The children found the activities engaging and they are well designed to calm and re-focus a class as well as supporting the practice of mindfulness.

Molly was really flexible and motivating when training our staff and it was a really valuable process – thanks!”
